Al Drake-Brockman is not just the owner of Doz Recording Studios; he's the creative force and professional sound engineer who brings musical visions to life. With extensive experience spanning 15 years of studio and engineering, Al's journey from a London accountant to a passionate professional sound engineer reflects his deep-rooted love for music. Influenced early by his uncle’s successful career in music and sound engineering, Al carries forward the legacy of dedication to local artists and quality sound.
As both owner and lead studio engineer, Al dedicates himself fully to each project; recording, mixing, mastering, and offering creative insights tailored to every artist. His extensive musical palette, ranging from classic 50s jazz and blues to contemporary folk and rock, ensures every client receives a bespoke and inspired approach to their project.
